Delete your StitchBinder account
You can request deletion in the app or contact us without installing or opening it.
In the app
- Open StitchBinder and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Account and choose Delete my account.
- Read the explanation, type DELETE and confirm.
A pending request disables cloud access while cleanup runs. If cleanup cannot finish immediately, the app reports that it is pending. Associated service subscriptions are cancelled as part of account deletion.
If you cannot access the app
Email support@stitchbinder.com with the subject StitchBinder account deletion request. Include the email address used for your StitchBinder account and say that you want the account and its associated cloud data deleted. Use that email account if you can. If you used Sign in with Apple, include the private relay address shown for StitchBinder when available.
We will verify account ownership before processing the request and reply about its status. Never send your password, a sign-in code, identity documents or payment-card details. Sending an email starts a request; it does not automatically delete the account.
What is deleted
After cleanup completes, your StitchBinder sign-in account and associated cloud designs, previews, projects, notes, supply checks and cabinet data are removed. Account-linked caches on the device initiating in-app deletion are cleaned up; if local cleanup fails, the app blocks that account’s cached content and retries.
What may remain
Your original desktop files, local catalogs and independently exported copies remain on those devices. Other devices may retain offline copies until they connect or you remove the copies locally. Minimum payment, refund, security and prior-benefit records remain where needed for fraud prevention, disputes and recordkeeping; no automatic deadline is currently configured for those minimum records. Provider logs, backups and financial records follow their applicable retention processes. See the app privacy notice for details.
Delete selected cloud data instead
To remove an individual cloud file while keeping your account, open that file in Library and choose Remove cloud copy where available. On desktop, use Account, Manage cloud files, then Remove cloud copy. This does not delete your original local embroidery file.
